Training Progression
Our personal training is structured into three progressive levels to ensure continuous improvement and adaptation to your evolving fitness needs.
Level 1: The Pillars - Rebuilding the Base
- Sit and stand from a chair without using hands.
- Lie on the floor and get up without assistance.
- Improve daily tasks performance and reduce joint pains.
- Enhance posture, mobility, and reaction time.
Level 2: Autonomy - Strengthening Independence
- Sit and stand from the floor with minimal assistance.
- Comfortably walk 5 to 10 km daily.
- Master rolling techniques to prevent injuries from falls.
- Perform daily activities with ease
Level 3: Agility - Reaching Your Best Shape
- Sit and stand from the floor with minimal hand support.
- Perform advanced physical movements
- Walk more than 10 km on challenging terrains.
- Participate in advanced exercise programs & other sports
